Healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and safe.

My Story

Hi, I’m Brittany Davis— a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

I specialise in supporting teens and young adults navigating emotional challenges, identity development, school stress, and major life transitions.

Many young people today face overwhelming pressure — from academics and social media to friendships, relationships, and expectations about the future. Therapy provides a space where clients can slow down, explore their experiences, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.

My sessions are built on honesty, safety, and compassion — because healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and understood.

Together we explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience so you can navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of therapy, I also share reflections on faith and mental health on Instagram.

Meet Rue!

Sometimes the best reminders about emotional wellbeing come from the simplest moments — connection, play, and companionship.

Rue is my playful and affectionate pup who brings a lot of joy to my everyday life. While she doesn’t attend therapy sessions, she’s a constant reminder of how important connection and comfort can be for our emotional health.

You can follow Rue’s adventures and therapy-tail moments on Instagram.
